At REEF Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return.

  Package Securely

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and placed securely in a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
